  • Must have 3 payments made prior to first treatment

  • You will receive 2 dermal fillers, either 2 Restylane-L (Classic), 2 Restylane (Lyft), or a combination of both within a 1 year period

  • Both dermal fillers can be administered at the same treatment or you may space them out as you wish. To be used within 1 year period. 

  • ​

  • All dermal fillers are administered by a nurse practitioner or certified aesthetic medicine injector
